This section GB/T 10051 Part 8.

The partial modification using DIN15412-1. 1983 "means lifting pulley block beam blank." According to this section DIN15412-1. redrafted 1983.

Taking into account China's national conditions, the use DIN15412-1. 1983 when modified, these technical differences identified in it a single vertical line They were involved in the margins, given the technical reasons for differences and their list in Appendix A for reference.

1 Scope

GB/T 10051 provisions of this part of the type and size of the hook beam blanks, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and standard Chi, packaging.

This section applies to forging, free forging and rolling straight shank hook beam blanks (hereinafter referred to as beam blanks).

3 Beam blanks intensity level

According to the mechanical properties of beam intensity is divided into five grades, that matches your crampon a high intensity level, see GB/T 10051.1-

4 Type and size

Type 4.1

Beam blanks according to different molding divided into the following three.

a) forging beam blank. Usually used in the manufacture GB/T 10051.9-2010 5.1.1 Type A. Hook No. 006 ~ 1, B type. Hook no. 1.6 to 16, and C. 2.5 to hook No. 40 beams;

b) free forging and rolling beam blank. Usually used in the manufacture GB/T 10051.9-2010 5.1.1 Type C. hook number 2.5 ~ 250 and hook means having a hook nut locking plate beams.
