Scope

GB 50314-2015 is the English-translated version of 智能建筑设计标准.

GB 50314-2015 — 1.0.1 This standard is formulated to standardize the design of intelligent building engineering and improve the quality of intelligent building engineering design.

1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the intelligent systems of civil buildings and general industrial buildings such as newly-built, expanded and rebuilt residences, offices, hotels, culture, museums, performances, exhibitions, education, finance, transportation, medical care, sports, stores, etc. Engineering design, as well as the engineering design of complex building intelligent system with multi-functional combination.

1.0.3 The design of intelligent building projects should aim at the construction of green buildings, with practical functions, timely technology, safety and efficiency, standardized operation and reasonable economy.

1.0.4 Intelligent building engineering design should enhance the scientific and technological functions of buildings and improve the technical efficacy of intelligent systems, with applicability, openness, maintainability and scalability.

1.0.5 In addition to conforming to this standard, the engineering design of intelligent buildings shall comply with the current relevant national standards.
