Foreword

The entire technical content of this part of GB 4943 is mandatory.

GB 4943 Information Technology Equipment Security is intended to be divided into the following sections.

--- Part 1. General requirements;

--- Part 21. remote feed;

--- Part 22. outdoor installation equipment;

--- Part 23. Large data storage devices.

This section is Part 22 of GB 4943.

This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt IEC 60950-22:2005 "Information Technology Equipment Safety Part 22. Outdoor Installation device".

The technical differences between this part and IEC 60950-22:2005 and their causes are as follows.

--- Regarding the normative references, this section has made adjustments with technical differences to adapt to China's technical conditions and the situation of adjustment. The situation is reflected in Chapter 2 "Regulatory Reference Documents", and the specific adjustments are as follows.

- Replace ISO 180 with GB/T 1843-2008 equivalent to the international standard;

- Replaced ISO 1817:2005 with GB/T 1690-2010 that adopted the international standard;

- Replace IEC 60068-2-11:1981 with GB/T 2423.17-2008 equivalent to the international standard;

- Replace IEC 60529 with GB/T 4208-2017 equivalent to the international standard;

- Replace IEC 60950-1:2005 with GB 4943.1-2011 which adopts the international standard;

- Replace ISO 178 with GB/T 9341-2008 equivalent to the international standard;

- Replace ISO 4892-1 with GB/T 16422.1-2006 equivalent to the international standard;

- GB/T 16422.2-2014 equivalent to the international standard is used instead of ISO 4892-2;

- GB/T 16422.4-2014 equivalent to the international standard is used instead of ISO 4892-4;

- GB/T 16895 (all parts) adopting international standards instead of IEC 60364 (all parts), each part of the two standards The degree of consistency between them is as follows.

* GB/T 16895.5-2012 Low-voltage electrical installations Part 4-43. Safety protection overcurrent protection (IEC 60364-4-43:2008, IDT);

- GB/T 1040 (all parts) using international standards instead of ISO 527 (all parts);

- GB/T 1043 (all parts) adopting international standards instead of ISO 179 (all parts);

- Replace IEC 61643 (all parts) with GB/T 18802 (all parts) using international standards.

--- 10.2 of IEC 60950-22:2005 stipulates that "the test temperature when the minimum ambient temperature is not specified is -33 °C"; this section changes it to "if no minimum ambient temperature is specified, the following temperature shall be used: -50 °C for the cold zone, -33 °C for other zones". And increase the low temperature treatment time to 24h, increase the maximum time between low temperature treatment and impact test The interval is 2min.

--- 4.1 of IEC 60950-22:2005 stipulates "minimum ambient temperature: -33 °C"; this section is changed to "minimum ambient temperature: cold zone -50 °C, other areas -33 °C", and adds "Note 4: See GB/T 4797.1 for cold zones".

The following editorial changes have been made in this section.

--- According to the requirements of GB/T 1.1-2009, the chapter on scope has been rewritten.
