Scope

GB 48147.1-2026 is the English-translated version of 矿山隐蔽致灾因素普查规范 第1部分:总则.

General provisions for surveying hidden disaster-causing factors in mines are set out in Part 1 of this mandatory national standard series.

Because the survey specification is divided by mine type, the first part provides the common ground that the other parts build on, including the one for coal mines and the one for metal and non-metal mines with tailings ponds.

Mine operators, survey and geological service firms, safety consultants, and supervisory authorities are the readers who need it. It was issued on 27 August 2026 under the responsibility of the National Mine Safety Administration and takes effect on 1 March 2027.

As a GB standard it is mandatory in China, so mining enterprises subject to Chinese safety regulation should read it together with the part that matches their type of operation.
