1 Scope of application

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

3.8 natural gas liquid (NGL)

3.9 liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)

4 Air Pollutant Emission Control Requirements for Sulfur Recovery Units in Natural Gas Purification Plants

5.2.3 Requirements for operation and maintenance of storage tanks
5.2.3.1 Floating roof tank operation requirements

5.3.1 Requirements for loading method

5.3.3 Emission control requirements for crude oil and No. 2 stable light hydrocarbon loading
5.3.3.1 Oil and gas centralized processing stations, natural gas processing plants, and oil storage depots shall load crude oil with a true vapor pressure >=27.6 kPa and No. 2 stable light hydrocarbons.

5.7 Other emission control requirements

5.7.4 The flare system of the centralized oil and gas processing station and natural gas processing plant shall meet the following requirements.

b) VOCs and natural gas entering the flare should be ignited in time and fully burned;
c) Continuously monitor the working status of the flare and its ignition facilities (flare gas flow, torch flame temperature, fire gas flow, fire temperature etc.), prepare monitoring records and keep them for at least 3 years.
5.8 Requirements for exhaust gas collection and treatment system
5.8.1 The setting of the exhaust hood (gas collection hood) of the exhaust gas collection system shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 16758.If an external exhaust hood is used, it shall be in accordance with GB/T The method specified in 16758 and WS/T 757-2016 measures the control wind speed, and the measurement point should be selected at the VOCs free of VOCs farthest from the opening surface of the exhaust hood.
