1 Scope
This Standard specifies the energy efficiency grades, minimum allowable values of energy efficiency, evaluating values of energy conservation, test methods, inspection rules, and labels of energy efficiency grades for the small-size submersible motor-pumps.
This Standard is applicable to the single or three-phase, and single or multi-stage small-size submersible motor-pumps (hereinafter referred to as “pump”) of which the power is less than or equal to 22kW.

3. Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions are applicable to this document.
3.1 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for small-size submersible
motor-pumps shall be marked as per the requirements of labels of energy efficiency.
10.2 The manufacturer shall at least indicate the rated energy efficiency grade and executive standard number of the pump in the product instructions; meanwhile, in accordance with the relevant provisions of labels of energy efficiency, the label of energy efficiency shall be pasted at an obvious position of the product.
