Introduction
Coated paper print after print belongs to a surface finishing process, it refers to the printed surface of the paper with a layer of plastic laminating machine laminating One kind of paper and plastic film material is formed of one product processing technology.
Film role is to improve the print abrasion, folding, tensile strength, moisture resistance, oil resistance, protection print appearance and extend the use of life.
More types of coating process, quality differences are large. "Coated paper print process control and testing methods" is based on a multi-part standard Our environmental requirements, adapt to the development of new coating technology to ensure product quality and film-making.

6.3.2 Detection of thermal shrinkage
Length direction and the width direction of the film roll, respectively longitudinal and transverse specimens. On the subject sample and cut transversely uniform sequentially 120mm × 120mm square sample 5, sample to be positive, should be parallel to each side of the square, perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the film roll, marking vertical and horizontal direction to, in the middle of the vertical and horizontal specimen mark of 100mm (see Fig. 2), the sample was ordered suspended on a special bracket (see Figure 1), placed in 120 °C ~ 123 °C (BOPP laminating film), 150 °C ~ 153 °C (BOPET laminating film) drying box, each sample interval 25mm ~ 30mm, in the following sample put a 300mm × 300mm insulation panels, to prevent local heating. When the test is not blowing, heating 30s after Immediately removed, after cooling to ambient temperature the test, the vertical and horizontal lengths of the measurement mark (accurate to 0.5mm). According to the following formula calculates the aspect to heat shrinkage, taking the arithmetic average of five samples.
T = (L-L1)/L × 100%
Where.
T --- heat shrinkage of the sample, expressed in%;
--- Before heating L of mark length of the line, in millimeters (mm);
After heating Ll --- mark length of a line, in millimeters (mm).
