3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 15706.1 and established the following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

A pivot arm having upright with mowing means for the area between two adjacent obstructions (such as trees, piles and the like) for cutting Grass job (see Figure 1).

Mowing means parallel to the ground so that lateral movement means for the area between two adjacent obstacle, not fixed mower Mowing operation is completed (see FIG. 1).

Means mounted between the front row mowing, controlling the movement of the swing arm means.

NOTE. The sensor may be a metal link type, encountered when the obstacle is pushed back, the sensor sends instructions cause the swing arm is retracted. Once around the obstacle, the sensing is then restored to its original state, the position of the swing arm back to work.

Mower thrown object recording apparatus means the number of impact.

Mowing means in the central circular area in the center of the radius of 50m.

And/or safety requirements measures 5

5.1 General requirements

Mowing device shall comply with the provisions of this chapter safety requirements and/or measures. Further, the design of mowing apparatus of the present standard does not relate to the the risk should follow GB T 15706.1, principle/GB/T 15706.2 specified.

Except otherwise specified in the present standard, it should be consistent with mowing means GB 10395.1, GB 12265.1-1997 Table 1, Table 3, Table 4, Table 6, and EN745 regulations.

5.2 Cutting guard member

Mowing device should be installed completely cover the cutting member imperforate blade guard, the guard should ensure the safety of the cutting member outer track Distance is at least 50mm, and a rotating disk tip plane should exceed at least 3mm (see Figure 2).

The blade guard should be no sharp corners and sharp edges projections, the mechanical design of the swing arm should be capable of idling mowing member encounters an obstacle, such that mowing Rotational movement of the member is not transmitted to the blade guard.

The blade guard and ensure protection of machine parts should be able to withstand the vertical downward load 1200N. Further, as the blade anti Guard hits an obstacle capable of withstanding the force generated, they should be able to withstand the horizontal loads following.

--- 600N, maximum power mowing apparatus using a predetermined given in the description of not more than 37kW tractor use;

--- 1000N, other machinery and equipment for use.

The above requirements should be GB test procedures and acceptance rules of Appendix C 10395.1-2009 checked.

5.3 Hose protection

Hydraulically or pneumatically driven between the rows of mowing means, which pipes and hoses should be bundled, as far as possible avoid contact with hot surfaces, the contact friction surface and other external to avoid accidental damage. Hose and connector should be able to visual inspection, except for the frame located inside.

Exceeding 5MPa under pressure and/or temperature exceeds 50 °C, and less than 1m from the operator shall hydraulic hose or regulation JB T 3249 /Given for protection.

Any change of the injection flow direction components, may be considered an effective guard.

In millimeters

1 --- ground;

2 --- tip turning circle;

3 --- blade guard.

Figure 2

5.4 Protection of the thrower

During operation, high-speed rotation of the cutting member may object thrown danger and risk of injury to the operator, which should take protective Measures.

The test shall be specified in Chapter 6.

5.5 Requirements swing arm

Including the strength of the swing arm, installation, system control requirements and the control device shall comply with the relevant standards.

5.6 Noise

Noise emission interline mowing apparatus shall be measured GB 10395.1-2009 specified in Appendix B.

Noise limits should be consistent with the corresponding product standards.

6 --- Test Method Test thrower

6.1 General test conditions

During the test, the inter-row mowing apparatus should be operated in a rotational speed recommended by the manufacturer, for example. the power output shaft speed 540r/min or 1000r/min under operation.

All tests should use the same security guards.

Adjustable devices may affect the safety of the protective effect should be installed in the most unfavorable position.

During the test, it should be less than the advancing speed 8km/h.

6.2 Target

Targets should be placed in a natural, solid, level ground.

6.2.1 Suspended line between the target plate means after mowing tractor

Target divisions in accordance with the four upright 6.2.3 specification (see FIG. 3).

Separator 2 and the separator 4 should be a length of 4000mm.

Length of the separator 1 and separator unit 3 will depend on the tractor mower.

It should be perpendicular to the separator 1 separator 2. The separator 4 and the separator 2 to be parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tractor.

Separator means 2 should be placed outside the track running from the mowing 1000mm.

3 is connected to the separator and the separator 2, the separator 4 and perpendicular to each other.

6.2.2 Marking line

Target along the height from the ground height 600mm and 1200mm draw two lines labeled target plate divided into the following three regions, respectively known as.

--- lower region, the height from the ground between 0mm ~ 600mm;

--- Central, height from the ground between 600mm ~ 1200mm;

--- the upper zone, height from the ground between 1200mm ~ 2000mm.

On the target plate should draw a vertical line which is separated into a plurality of upstanding region width of 1000mm. Each upright incremental digital application area named.

A first upstanding region application number 1 indicates a separator, by successively clockwise upstanding numerals have other regions (see FIG. 3).

In millimeters

FIG 3 Test Target position thrower

6.2.3 Target composition

Separator should be made into a rigid frame, the frame is fixed to a basis weight of kraft paper 120g/m2 of.

6.3 Test material

Test materials shall be the following substances are mixed.

--- 50% of the sand;

--- 25% of the particle size of 8mm 16mm (not including 16mm) ~ grit;

--- 25% of the particle size of 16mm ~ 31.5mm (not including 31.5mm) gravel.

6.4 Test Method

In the prior mowing apparatus, perpendicular to the advance direction of the partition plate 3 at a distance of 2000mm, 150mm high build a group of about 300mm apart Cone pile of material, each pile of test material 10L (see 6.3).

The test shall be performed twice, each test shall include the following two stroke.

--- the first stroke, the mass of material placed in 1,3,5 ,, the test area;

--- second trip, the 2,4,6 ,, the mass of material placed in the test area.

Web cutting apparatus using the mass of material depends on the number of mowing.

Cutting height should be adjusted to 50mm.

Mowing means at the maximum speed recommended by the manufacturer by an experiment pile of material, a test is completed stroke.

If the results of two tests are significantly different, the third test should be carried out.

To distinguish between different tests, after each completion of the test, it shall be marked with a distinct mark on the target plate.

6.5 Acceptance

Impact mark to be included in the number of the impact of the marker region.

The results also meet the following three conditions, the test result is considered eligible.

--- the region between, two vertical lines 1000mm apart, each test the number of impact is less than 2;

--- In the area, there is no impact;

--- within the operator area, no impact.

Does not consider the impact of the lower zone.

If the above conditions are not satisfied, the mowing apparatus should be equipped with appropriate safety shield to ensure that the test material is not be thrown into the Ban Stopping the impact area, and the whole test should be repeated. In this case, the instructions for use should be clearly stated mowing apparatus should be installed only suitable Security guard to use.
