This document was issued on 5 August 2004 by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China, and has been in force since 1 February 2005.
It is the first edition of this standard.

3 Classification and status
GB 19573-2004 is classified under ICS 27.010, in the field of energy and heat transfer engineering.
