Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces CJ/T 3076-1998 "high pole lighting facilities technical conditions." this standard is CJ/T 3076-1998 "high pole lighting technology conditions" revision, compared with the CJ/T 3076-1998 main technology the changes are as follows.

--- Increasing the mechanical transmission in tilted pole lighting (see 3.1.3, 4.7 and 5.4);

--- Added general requirements (see Chapter 4);

--- Increase the requirements of light electrical appliances (see 4.4.1);

--- Increased high pole lighting LED and other new light source (see 4.4.3);

--- Increasing the fixed pole lighting climbing device (see 4.5 and 5.2);

--- Increasing the anti-corrosion treatment technology in the spray process (see 4.8.1, 4.8.2 and 5.5.4);

--- Increased high pole lighting wireless remote control (see 4.9.6 and 5.6.3);

--- Revised pole lighting pole height (see Chapter 1, 1998 edition Chapter 1);

--- Modify the sealing performance of lighting (see 4.4.2, 1998 version 5.3.5);

--- Modify the anti-corrosion treatment technology hot-dip galvanizing and hot dip aluminizing process (see 4.8.1, 4.8.2, 5.5.1 and 5.5.2, 1998 edition 5.6.1 and 5.6.2);

--- Modify the quality requirements of the welding rod (see 5.1.5, 5.1.6, 5.1.7, 1998 version 5.2.5 and 5.2.8);

--- Modify the requirements of the light pole (see 5.1.9, 1998 version 5.2.9);

--- Modify the anti-corrosion treatment technology in the painting process (see 5.5.3, 1998 version 5.6.4);

--- Modify the anticorrosive treatment in the anti-corrosion treatment dressing requirements (see 5.5.5.1, 1998 version 5.6.5);

--- Remove the anti-corrosion technology in the thermal spraying process (see 1998 version 5.6.3);

--- Deleted part of the pole lighting infrastructure (see 1998 version 5.9).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the pole lighting facilities product classification and type, general requirements,, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packages Loading, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to pole height greater than or equal to 20m and less than or equal to 50m, as the city roads, highways, squares, stadiums, Airport, port terminals and other large lighting pole lighting facilities.
