1 Scope

GB 19079 of the provisions of this part of the mountain adventure open spaces should have the basic conditions and basic technical requirements. This section applies to all types of mountain adventure community open spaces.

2 Normative references

The following documents for the application of this document is essential. For dated references, only the dated version suitable for use herein Member. For undated references, the latest edition (including any amendments) used in the present document.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Alpine mountaineering expedition To achieve a certain goal, mountain climbers hand or using special equipment, according to a certain route at an altitude of 3500m above (from Tibet Autonomous Region altitude 5000m above) various mountain terrain, mountains, climb slopes and other activities carried out.

3.2 Alpine Adventure venues mountaineeringplace The natural place to meet people to mountain adventure activities.

3.3 Alpine Adventure technical guidance personnel mountaineeringinstructor Alpine Adventure teach the theory and technology, guidance personnel to carry out mountain adventure activities.

4 Qualifying

Alpine Adventure technical guidance personnel should hold the relevant national vocational qualification certificate before taking. 5 places, facilities and conditions

5.1 Directions

5.1.1 should be selected according to climbers climbing routes suitable technical ability, physical and mental endurance.

5.1.2 climbing routes should avoid the risk of a significant area of avalanches, ice avalanches, the Rolling Stones, cracks.

5.1.3 In the near dark cracks and other hazardous areas shall be provided eye-catching signs.

5.2 Camping area

5.2.1 should avoid possible floods, landslides, the Rolling Stones, avalanches, ice avalanches, cracks and other dangerous areas.

5.2.2 should be built in relatively open, airy, flat area.

5.2.3 distance between the camping area shall not exceed one day climbing time. Facilities and equipment 5.3

5.3.1 shall be equipped with tents, communications, first aid, cooking, lighting and other public facilities (see Appendix A).

5.3.2 shall be equipped with seat belts, helmets, locks, ropes, slings, quickdraw, risers, down, brake protectors, ice ax, crampons, ice picks, snow Cone, cone rock and mountaineering boots and other safety equipment. Wherein the rope should be consistent with GB/T 23268.1 requirements.

5.3.3 should be equipped with thermal, and other personal protective equipment (see Appendix A).

5.3.4 safety equipment should have the product quality inspection certificate. 6 health, environmental management Mountain camps should maintain the original environment after the event.

7 Security

7.1 should establish and improve the safe production responsibility system for posts, rescue and safety management systems, facilities and equipment maintenance system.

7.2 engage in mountain adventure activity operators should assess the risk for each activity, program of activities and contingency plans.

7.3 Safety instructions should be developed prior to each event and alpine climbers were declared. During the operation should be equipped with at least
