GB 19079 of the provisions of this part of the climbing sports should have the basic conditions for open and basic technical requirements. This section applies to all types of sport climbing places open to the public.
2 Normative references

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Sport climbing iceclimbing On the ice wall formed naturally or artificially constructed for the climbing activities.
3.2 Ice climbing places iceclimbingplace A venue to meet people climbing sports training, competition, fitness and leisure activities. Including naturally formed ice waterfall, glacier ice Climbing wall and other natural breaks and artificially constructed ice climbing sites.
3.3 Ice climbing technical equipment techniqueequipmentforiceclimbing Carry equipment when climbing sports use. Including ropes, belts, helmets, carabiners, slings, protection, ice ax, crampons, ice picks and so on.
3.4 Ice climbing technical guidance personnel iceclimbinginstructor Teach the theory and technical ice climbing, ice climbing instructors to carry out activities.
4 Qualifying
Ice climbing technical guidance personnel should hold the relevant national vocational qualification certificate before taking. 5 places, facilities and conditions
5.1 Nature climbing places
5.1.1 shall meet the horizontal distance between the adjacent climbing not less than 3m.

5.2 Artificial climbing places
5.2.1 shall meet the horizontal distance between the adjacent climbing not less than 3m.

5.3 Technical climbing equipment
5.3.1 The climbing rope should be used to protect Dynamic mountaineering ropes. Dynamic mountaineering rope technical indicators should be consistent with GB/T 23268.1 requirements.
5.3.2 crampons, ice axes, ice picks, helmets, seat belts, locks and other equipment should be climbing sling special products, with a quality product inspection Proof, and periodic inspection.
6 Security
6.1 should establish and improve the safe production responsibility system for posts, rescue and safety management system, equipment and facilities maintenance system, environmental management and health system.
6.2 should develop emergency response plans.
6.3 During the open should be provided with at least one technical climbing instructors.
