1 Scope

GB 19079.29-2013 is the Chinese national standard on operation conditions and technical requirements for gymnasium and playground-part 29: ice climbing place, in the field of domestic and commercial equipment, entertainment, sport. It carries no /T suffix, which in the Chinese system means compliance is mandatory: a product or a practice within its scope has to meet it to be lawfully made, sold or carried out in China. It was issued on 31 December 2013 by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 December 2014. 3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 Qualifying

Ice climbing technical guidance personnel should hold the relevant national vocational qualification certificate before taking. 5 places, facilities and conditions

6 Security

6.1 should establish and improve the safe production responsibility system for posts, rescue and safety management system, equipment and facilities maintenance system, environmental management and health system.

6.2 should develop emergency response plans.
