This document specifies the staffing and qualification requirements for fencing venues, the conditions for venue facilities and equipment, and hygiene requirements. Necessary security measures. This document applies to the management of all types of fencing venues open to the public.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 fencing clothing Clothing to protect the body during fencing training or competition.

Note. This includes fencing uniform tops, protective vests, fencing trousers, etc.

3.2 face mask Equipment used by fencing athletes to protect their head and neck during training or competition.

3.3 training area Kendo and the area outside of Kendo used for fencing training activities.

4 Practitioners

4.1 At least one fencing coach should be provided. When conducting on-site training, the number of trainees per class should not exceed 35, and should not exceed [a certain number]. The training of 10 trainees should be accompanied by at least 2 fencing technical instructors.

4.2 Full-time or part-time rescue personnel, safety officers, and equipment maintenance personnel should be provided.
