GB 19079 of the provisions of this part of the wing glide open spaces should have the basic conditions and basic technical requirements. This section applies to all types open to the public hanging hang gliding, paragliding and paramotor wing gliders and other places.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Wing glider place hanggldingandparaglidingplace To meet people to hang gliding, paragliding and paramotor training venues, competition, fitness and leisure activities.
3.2 Hang gliding hangglider With one kind of independent pilots feet landing, a rigid body structure to move the center of gravity of the pilots as the only way to manipulate, with a calm wind Completed under safe landing capacity portable gliding aircraft. Including single and double hang glider.
3.3 Paragliding paraglider With one kind of independent pilots landing feet without rigid body structure, controlled by the pilot moving the center of gravity and aerodynamic airfoil to achieve security Full landing, gliding flight of a portable aircraft. Including single and double paragliding.
3.4 Paramotor poweredparaglider One kind with its own power take-off, to achieve safe landing by the pilot moving the center of gravity and aerodynamic control wing, gliding flight Device. Including single/double footed paramotor and single/double wheeled powered parachute.
3.5 Hanggliding hang gliding motion With hanging hang gliding flight activities.
3.6 Paragliding paragliding With paragliding flight activities.

3.8 Hang gliding technical guidance personnel hangglidinginstructor Hang gliding motion teach theory and skills of staff.
3.9 Paragliding technical guidance personnel paraglidinginstructor Teach paragliding theory and skills of the staff.
3.10 Paramotor technical guidance personnel poweredparaglidinginstructor Paramotor sport teach theory and skills of the staff.
4 Qualifying
Hang gliding technical guidance personnel, technical guides and paragliding paramotor technical instructors should hold a relevant National Vocational Qualifications Certificate before taking. 5 places, facilities and conditions
5.1 hang gliding site
5.1.1 takeoff surface should be smooth, solid surface, length not less than 20m, a width of not less than 20m, the slope is not greater than 40 °, the peripheral clearance open No obstacle.
5.1.2 The landing site should be flat, open, not less than the length of 150m, a width of not less than 80m, the peripheral clearance without obstacles.
5.2 paragliding site
5.2.1 takeoff surface should be smooth, length not less than 30m, a width of not less than 20m, the slope is not greater than 40 °, the peripheral clearance without obstacles.
5.2.2 The landing site should be flat, open, length not less than 50m, a width of not less than 50m, the peripheral clearance without obstacles.
5.3 paramotor site Takeoff and landing site should be flat, open, surrounding clearance without obstacles. Wheel paramotor field length should be not less than 150m, width should be Not less than 80m; footed paramotor field length should be not less than 100m, a width of not less than 50m.
5.4 Facilities and Equipment
5.4.1 shall wireless communications equipment.
5.4.2 Takeoff and landing field should wind speed and direction measuring device.
5.4.3 rescue vehicles should be equipped with emergency drugs and equipment.
5.4.4 site close to the water should be water rescue equipment.
5.4.5 hang gliding, paragliding, paramotor parachute and equipment shall obtain the quality certificate of inspection.
5.4.6 Public instructions should be consistent with the identification GB/T 10001.1 requirements.
6 Security
6.1 should establish and improve the safe production responsibility system for posts, rescue and safety management systems, facilities and equipment maintenance system.
6.2 should develop plans for severe weather and emergency incidents.
6.3 shall be provided "Flight Safety" and safety warning prominently.
6.4 hang gliding, paragliding, paramotor place should be equipped with at least two corresponding technical guidance personnel.
6.5 No person shall be qualified to obtain flight technical guidance personnel with a fly. Day publicity due to weather conditions
6.7 hang gliding, paragliding, paramotor places employees induction should wear clearly marked.
6.8 Management and use of hazardous materials shall comply with the relevant provisions of the State.
