1 Scope

This standard applies to yeast strain in a suitable nutrient fermentation genetically modified non-inoculated, the fermentation culture medium containing Some selenium into organic selenium, after separation, drying of food fortifier selenium enriched yeast.

2 Technical Requirements

2.1 Sensory requirements

Sensory requirements shall comply with the requirements in Table 1.
