Foreword

GB/T 17466 "Household and similar fixed electrical installations electrical enclosure and mounting box" is divided into the following sections.

--- Part 1. General requirements;

--- Part 2. Special requirements.

- Part 21. Particular requirements for mounting boxes and enclosures for suspension devices;

- Part 22. Particular requirements for junction boxes and enclosures;

- Part 23. Particular requirements for surface mount boxes and enclosures;

- Part 24. Particular requirements for enclosures for residential protective devices and other power consuming appliances.

This section GB/T 17466 Part 24.

This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This Part replaces GB/T 17466.24-2008 "Household and similar fixed electrical installations electrical accessories mounting box and housing Part 24. Particular requirements for housings for residential protective devices and similar power supply devices ".

This section compared with GB/T 17466.24-2008, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- In accordance with IEC 60670-24:2011 standard name changes, the standard name from the "household and similar fixed electrical installations Electrical Accessories Mounting Boxes and Enclosures Part 24. Particular Requirements for Enclosures for Residential Protective Appliances and Similar Power Consumption Devices Seek to be amended to "Household and similar fixed electrical installations electrical enclosures Installation boxes and enclosures Part 24. Residential protection Particular requirements for housings for appliances and other power consuming appliances ";

--- Chapter 1 added does not apply to GB/T 7251 standard low-voltage switchgear and control equipment, nor does it apply to Inlet port panel that is or is not part of the power distribution box;

--- According to China's supply voltage level, the expected use of the rated voltage in Chapter 1 from not more than 400V to not more than 440V;

--- Chapter 2 added four normative references GB/T 10963.1, GB/T 16916.21, GB/T 16917.21, GB/T 20138;

--- Chapter 3 increased the definition of 3.101,3.102,3.103,3.104, revised 3.106 "rated current" definition;

--- Removed 7.101.1 "According to the fire-resistant insulating materials (Chapter 18)" category, an increase of 7.101 "empty shell", 7.102 "basic Shell "classification;

--- 8.1 added d) neutral dedicated terminal, f) connected to the protective conductor ground terminal, o) the classification of the housing based on the logo requirements;

--- 8.101 added according to the type of different manuals and/or documents required shell data;

--- Increased 12.102;

--- 13.2 Replenishment of the IP code with the lid closed;

--- Chapter 101 adds a common shell (GP shell) requirements;

--- Added Chapter 102;

--- Modify the appendix AA entitled "Manufacturers provide instructions to the operator how to assemble the accessories in the GP housing and calculation of example";

--- Added Appendix BB.

This section uses the redrafted law to amend the use of IEC 60670-24:2011 "Household and similar fixed electrical installations electrical accessories Enclosures and enclosures - Part 24. Particular requirements for enclosures for residential protective devices and other power consuming appliances ".

This part of IEC 60670-24:2011 technical differences and the reasons are as follows.

--- On the normative references, this section made a technical difference with the adjustment to adapt to China's technical conditions, adjust the situation Concentration reflected in the second chapter "Normative references", the specific adjustments are as follows.

- Graphical symbols for electrical equipment using GB/T 5465.2-2008 Part 2. Graphical symbols (IEC 60417DB.

2007, IDT) instead of IEC 60417;

--- For product use ambient temperature, IEC 60670-24:2011 Chapter 1 states that "after the installation, in line with the shell of this section, Suitable for usually not more than 25 °C, occasionally 35 °C. "Taking into account the geographical location of our country, the actual natural climate ring the distribution of ambient temperature, the south of the Yangtze River in the sub-humid tropics and humid areas of the annual average temperature and maximum temperature is higher, wet Degree is bigger. Therefore, this part of the ambient temperature was revised as "suitable for usually not exceeding 35 °C, and occasionally will reach 40 °C";

--- According to China's supply voltage level, the expected use of the first chapter of the rated voltage from not more than 400V to not more than 440V.

This section made the following editorial changes.

--- According to the relevant provisions of GB/T 1.1, in Chapter 1 "Scope" added "GB/T 17466 provisions of this part of the residential protection Devices and other power consumption appliances shell markings, anti-shock protection, structural requirements, mechanical properties, electrical properties and other technologies Claim. ";
