Scope

GB 15581-2016 is the English-translated version of 烧碱、聚氯乙烯工业污染物排放标准.

GB 15581 sets the pollutant discharge limits for the chlor-alkali and PVC industry - the plants that electrolyse brine to make caustic soda and chlorine and then polymerise vinyl chloride.
