5.1 General

Lift shall be designed for safe use, frequent mounting and dismounting as well as maintenance and transportation. Should be considered for the correct operation of the ambient temperature At least in the range between -5 °C ~ 40 °C.

Design of all components in the installation process requires handling, such as rail section should be considered which corresponds to the weight of manual handling. When more than When the allowable weight of manual handling, the manufacturer shall give advice in the instructions for use. All removable and non-removable cover applications From the fastener tightening.

5.2.1 General

Design and manufacture of lift structure should be able to meet all the necessary predetermined intensity working condition, including the installation, removal and low temperatures Environment.

Load combination should consider carrying The most unfavorable position of the device and associated with the guide rail and its support loads, including the process of running the carrier and any movement, such as carrying Tilt device. Manufacturers should consider the full range of possible predetermined angle. Considered as part of the lift rail support structure.

5.2.2.1 Structure static load lift

Static load 5.2.2.2 lift moving parts Still should be considered without any load carrying means and the movement of all carriers together equipment loads.

5.2.2.3 Carrier rated load

Rated load should be considered not in favor either side of the center, offset equal to 10% of the width of the carrier (when carrier pre When a given carrier for extended load of 25%) (see Figure 1). Specially arranged for the special materials which may be necessary to use other loads Configuration.

NOTE: X = 10% W or 25% W, see 5.2.2.3.

If the lift is designed to be driven by the carrier to the terminal running rail limit switch is triggered, the carrier shall be designed to withstand With and without rated load at rated speed is driven to the rail terminal (see also 5.5.1.8). You should consider the stall torque and driveline inertia.

5.2.2.6 Impact Coefficient

Force motion loads for all actual load gravity (carrier, the rated load, wire rope, etc.) multiplied by the impact factor µ = 1.1 0.264v, where v is the rated speed in m/s. If other factors proved to be more accurate, you can use other factors.

5.2.2.7 Anti-force action caused by broken rope device

The sum of the force for the movement of anti-load operation of the broken rope device caused by a factor of 2.5. If the load is loaded up to 1.25 times the rated load In all cases be able to verify the charge coefficient is small, you can use this smaller factor, but not less than 1.2.

Under no circumstances assume the wind blowing in any horizontal direction, the calculation should consider the most unfavorable direction.

Except as provided in 5.2.2.8.2, the wind load according to GB/T 3811 calculated, but the lift acting on the calculation of wind pressure, should at least consider

5.2.2.8.2 Acting on the carrier's air carrier

When the wind load on the computing device and is designed to carry loads (for example 1.2m × 2.5m boards) it should be assumed that the area should be solid and Multiplied by a factor 1.2. Coefficient 1.2 contains a shape factor and wind reduction factor.

5.2.2.8.3.1 Working state pressure

(2) multiplied by (6) aX representatives subclause 5.2.2 to your number. For example, load conditions Ib (normal. carrier) should be calculated 5.2.2.8.3.1,5.2.2.2,5.2.2.3, 5.2.2.5 and 5.2.2.6 and the predetermined force load the table reduces to (8.3.1), (2), (3), (5) and (6). b Table 3 and Table 4.

5.2.5 Stability

For free standing installation in lifts, should load cases and safety factor in Table 6, according to equation (3) checking its stability. All the stabilizing force coefficient of 1.0. sigma M1 >=sigma M2 × n0 (3) Where. M1 --- stable torque;

M2 --- overturning moment; n0 --- stability and the safety factor overturning forces, see Table 6.

Fatigue stress analysis 5.2.6 Transmission and brake system components 5.2.6.1 respond prone to fatigue failure of all the carriers and joint fatigue stress analysis, such as shafts and gears. Analysis should be considered Power cycle characteristics and the number of stress cycles, the stress load cycles but multiple cycles.
