1 Scope

This Guidance Document stipulates the general principles and requirements of various stages of public security standard system revision work, as well as the standard revision list development, standard items Head plan adjustment, standard daily management and so on.

This guidance document is applicable to the revision and revision of national standards and industry standards of the public safety industry.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Proposed unit sponsor Proposed standard project application unit.

Note, including Ministry of Public Security business department, standardization Technical Committee, Ministry of Public Security units directly under the provincial public security organs.

Drafter

Commitment to the standard drafting tasks unit.

4 General rules

4.1 Responsibility requirements

4.1.1 Public security standards revision work should be in the National Standardization Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the national standard committee) under the guidance of the Ministry of Public Security Science and Technology letter Informationization Bureau (hereinafter referred to as Branch Bureau letter) unified management. Public security organs at the provincial level are responsible for the revision and revision of public security standards in the region.

4.1.2 Each department in charge of public security department (hereinafter referred to as department in charge of business) shall be responsible for proposing the revision and revision of public security standard in the field of business Work demands.
