Foreword

GA/T 946 "Code for Road Traffic Management Information Collection" is divided into 6 parts.

This section is Part 1 of GA/T 946.

This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This Part replaces GA/T 946.1-2011 Road Traffic Management Information Collection Part 1. Motor Driving License Business Information Collecting and Endorsing." Compared with GA/T 946.1-2011, with the exception of editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Revised driver's license management business classification (see 3.1, 2011 version 3.1);

--- Modify the initial application for information collection projects, positions and requirements (see 3.2.1, 2011 version of 3.2.1);

--- Modify the increase of quasi-drive type application information collection items, positions and requirements (see 3.2.2, 2011 version 3.2.2);

--- Increased reduction of quasi-driving type renewal information collection items, posts and requirements due to changes in physical conditions (see 3.2.5.7);

--- Increased inspection (see 3.2.11);

--- Increased postponement of information collection projects, positions and requirements (see 3.2.12.3);

1 Scope

This part of GA/T 946 stipulates the acquisition items, positions and requirements of motor vehicle driving license business information, as well as motor vehicle driving licenses and Temporary motor vehicle driving permit endorsement items and requirements.

This section applies to the collection and endorsement of motor vehicle driver's license business information of the traffic management department of the public security organ.
