3 Terms, definitions and abbreviations

3.1 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 32581-2016 apply to this document.

3.1.1

Alarmreceivingcentreequipment Located in the alarm receiving center of the intrusion and emergency alarm system, it receives events from the alarm transmission system, and has control, processing, and instructions and integrated management function equipment and/or alarm management software.

3.1.2

Alarm display terminal annunciationequipment A device used to display various alarm states of the alarm system and feedback the state of alarm reception.

Note. Its function can also be realized by logic function.

3.1.3

Receivingcentretransceiver Located in the alarm receiving center of the intrusion and emergency alarm system, it has direct or indirect (through the alarm transmission network) and front-end alarm system, the interface unit of the remote alarm receiving center for information exchange.

Note. RCT is part of the alarm transmission equipment, which can be software, hardware or a combination of software and hardware.
