Introduction

In order to implement the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" that motor vehicle drivers need to drive safely and in a civilized manner in accordance with operational norms to meet the requirements of driving, GA/T 1773 is specially formulated: GA/T 1773 aims to establish the safe and civilized operation of motor vehicle drivers in the process of using motor vehicles the relevant requirements are divided into four parts according to the type of driving vehicle:

1 Scope

This document specifies the general requirements for safe and civilized operation, driving preparations, and operating equipment for motor vehicle drivers in the process of using small vehicles:

equipment use, safe speed requirements, safe distance requirements, basic driving methods, emergency handling requirements, and small automatic Gearbox operation requirements:

This document applies to the safe and civilized driving of small cars by small car drivers, and also applies to the publicity, education, training and exam:

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GA/T 1773.1-2021 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document:

4 General requirements

Small car drivers should drive safely and civilly in accordance with the provisions of GA/T 1773.1-2021:

5 Preparation for driving

5.1 Security Check

5.1.1 The driver of a motor vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the "driver") should detour the vehicle counterclockwise to check before driving, and meet the following requirements:

a) There are no children and other obstacles under or near the vehicle;

b) the lamps are in good condition;
