Introduction

In order to implement the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" that motor vehicle drivers need to drive safely and in a civilized manner in accordance with operational norms to meet the requirements of driving, GA/T 1773 is specially formulated: GA/T 1773 aims to establish the safe and civilized operation of motor vehicle drivers in the process of using motor vehicles the relevant requirements are divided into four parts according to the type of driving vehicle:

1 Scope

This document specifies the basic requirements for safe and civilized operation of motor vehicle drivers, the requirements for driving physical condition, and the requirements for observation:

requirements, use of signaling devices and safety devices, parking and avoidance requirements, highway driving requirements, typical road conditions and environmental driving requirements, and Traffic accident handling requirements:

4 Basic requirements

4.1 General requirements

4.1.1 Motor vehicle drivers (hereinafter referred to as "drivers") should pass according to traffic signals; if they are instructed by the traffic police on the spot, they should follow the traffic signals:
