Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

GA/T 1028 "General Technical Specifications for Motor Vehicle Driver Test System" and GA 1026 "Contents and Methods of Motor Vehicle Driver Test", GA 1027 "General Technical Conditions of Motor Vehicle Driver Examination Supervision System", GA 1029 "Motor Vehicle Driver Examination Venue and Facilities Setup" Specifications", GA/T 1030 "Use and Acceptance Specifications for Motor Vehicle Driver Examination Sites" and GA/T 1458 "Regulations for Supervision and Inspection of Motor Vehicle Driver Examination Sites "Fan" together constitute a series of standards to support the motor vehicle driver's test work.

This document is the second part of GA/T 1028 "General Technical Specifications for Motor Vehicle Driver Test System". GA/T 1028 has been released the following sections.

--- Part 4: Road driving skills test system.

This document replaces GA 1028.2-2017 "General Technical Conditions for Motor Vehicle Driver Test System Part 2: Driving Theory Test System Compared with GA 1028.2-2017, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main content changes are as follows.

a) Changed the general provisions (see 4.1, 4.1 of the 2017 edition);

b) Added composition (see 4.2);

c) Added the basic requirements of the test management module (see 4.3.1);

d) Changed the operating environment requirements of the test management module (see 4.3.2, 4.2 of the 2017 edition);

e) Added requirements for examination process management functions (see 4.3.2.4);

f) Added requirements for the interactive function of examination information (see 4.3.2.5);

g) Changed the requirements for the test score management function (see 4.3.2.6, 4.3.3.2 of the 2017 edition);

h) Added the requirements for the examination exception handling function (see 4.3.2.7);

i) Changed the requirements for the extended interface (see 4.3.2.9, 4.3.8 of the 2017 edition);

j) Changed the requirements for data security management (see 4.3.2.10, 4.3.6 of the 2017 edition);

k) Removed the requirements for examination supervision (see 4.3.4 of the 2017 edition);

l) Added the basic requirements for candidates to answer the questions (see 4.4.1)

m) Changed the operating environment requirements for the test-taker module (see 4.4.2, 4.2 of the 2017 edition);

n) Changed the requirements for the system self-test function (see 4.4.3.1, 4.3.7 of the 2017 edition);

o) Changed the requirements for the identity verification function of candidates (see 4.4.3.2, 4.3.1 of the 2017 edition);

p) Changed the requirements for performance evaluation and prompt function (see 4.4.3.3, 4.3.2.3 of the 2017 edition);

q) The test method of the operating environment has been changed (see 5.1, 5.2 of the 2017 edition);

r) The test method for functional testing has been changed (see 5.2, 5.2 of the 2017 edition).

Introduction

In order to implement the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses" (Decree No. 162 of the Ministry of Public Security) on the application of the test system to test motor vehicle drivers the requirements of the test, this document is formulated, GA/T 1028 aims to standardize the design, development and application of the motor vehicle driver test system, according to the test section Divided into 4 parts.

--- Part 1: General. The purpose is to specify the general requirements of the motor vehicle driver test system.

--- Part 2: Driving theory test system. The purpose is to specify the specific requirements of the driving theory test system for motor vehicle drivers.

--- Part 3: Site driving skills test system. The purpose is to stipulate the specific requirements of the field driving skill test system for motor vehicle drivers.

In order to standardize and guide the design, development and application of the motor vehicle driver's test system, in 2012, in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Security Order No. 111 "Motor Vehicle Driver's License Application and Use Regulations" revision work, formulated GA/T 1028.2 "Motor Vehicle Driver Test System General Technical Conditions No. 2 Part. Driving Theory Test System", which was revised in 2017.The standard is regulating the overall summary of motor vehicle driver test system products structure, software requirements and application management, and played a very important role in implementing the relevant requirements of the motor vehicle driver's test.

With the development of technology and the advancement of public security traffic management work, there are some incompatibility between the content of the standard and the requirements of examination management.

There are also inconsistencies in the examination content and requirements of the order and related industry standards. In order to further standardize the application of the driving theory test system it is necessary to revise and improve GA/T 1028.2-in 2017, in order to meet the new needs of the Ministry Order, the standardization of the examination is guaranteed from the equipment technical level.

1 Scope

This document specifies the requirements and test methods for the driving theory test system for motor vehicle drivers.

This document is applicable to the design, development and application of the driving theory test system for motor vehicle drivers.
