Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

GA/T 1028 "General Technical Specifications for Motor Vehicle Driver Test System" and GA 1026 "Contents and Methods of Motor Vehicle Driver Test", GA/T 1027 "General Technical Specifications for Motor Vehicle Driver Examination Supervision System", GA 1029 "Motor Vehicle Driver Exam Sites and Facilities GA/T 1030 "Use and Acceptance Specifications for Motor Vehicle Driver Examination Sites" and GA/T 1458 "Supervision and Inspection Regulations for Motor Vehicle Driver Examination Sites" "Fan" together constitute a series of standards to support the motor vehicle driver's test work.

This document is the first part of GA/T 1028 "General Technical Specifications for Motor Vehicle Driver Test System". GA/T 1028 has been issued into the following four parts.

--- Part 1: General;

--- Part 2: Driving theory test system;

--- Part 3: Site driving skills test system;

--- Part 4: Road driving skills test system.

This document replaces GA/T 1028.1-2017 "General Technical Conditions for Motor Vehicle Driver Test System Part 1: General Rules", and Compared with GA/T 1028.1-2017, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Changed the "scope" (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2017 edition);

b) Deleted the terms and definitions of "motor vehicle driver test system" (see 3.1 of the 2017 edition);

c) Changed the terms and definitions of "Site Driving Skills Test System" and "Road Driving Skills Test System" (see 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 3.3, 3.4 of the 2017 edition);

d) The terms and definitions of "acquisition and evaluation software", "parameter management software" and "exam assistance management software" have been added (see 3.2, 3.3, 3.4);

e) Added requirements for the software architecture of the examination system (see 4.4);

f) Changed the general provisions (see 5.1, 5.1, 5.2.1, 5.2.2 of the 2017 edition);

g) Changed the identity authentication requirements (see 5.2, 5.2.3 of the 2017 edition);

h) Added the requirements for examination aid management software (see 5.3.1);

i) Added requirements for collection and evaluation software (see 5.3.2);

j) Added parameter evaluation software requirements (see 5.3.3);

k) Changed the information security requirements (see 5.4.1, 5.3.1 of the 2017 edition);

l) Changed the database security requirements (see 5.4.2, 5.3.2 of the 2017 edition);

m) Changed the application security requirements (see 5.4.3, 5.2.3.2, 5.3.3 of the 2017 edition);

n) Changed the application conditions (see 6.1, 5.3.4.1, 5.5.1, 5.5.2, 5.4 of the 2017 edition);

o) The equipment management requirements have been changed (see 6.2, 5.3.1.1, 5.3.3.4, 5.3.3.5 of the 2017 edition).

Introduction

In order to implement the requirements of the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses" concerning the motor vehicle driver's test, improve the motor vehicle driver's test evaluation GA/T 1028 aims to standardize the design and development of the motor vehicle driver test system.

Development and application, according to different test subjects, is divided into 4 parts.

--- Part 1: General. The purpose is to specify the general requirements of the motor vehicle driver test system.

--- Part 2: Driving theory test system. The purpose is to specify the specific requirements of the driving theory test system for motor vehicle drivers.

--- Part 3: Site driving skills test system. The purpose is to stipulate the specific requirements of the field driving skill test system for motor vehicle drivers.

--- Part 4: Road driving skills test system. The purpose is to stipulate the specific requirements of the road driving skill test system for motor vehicle drivers.

In order to standardize and guide the design, development and application of the motor vehicle driver's test system, in 2012, in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Security Order No. 111 "Motor Vehicle the revision of the Regulations on the Application and Use of Driver's License, and the revision of GA/T 554-2008 "Driver's Field Driving Skills Test System for Motor Vehicle Drivers" GA/T 1028 sub-standards.

In order to implement the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's Licenses" (Ministry of Public Security Order No. 162), "Motor Vehicle Driver Examination Work Specifications" and "Motor the content and method of the driver's test" and other new requirements for the supervision and management of the social examination room, the supervision of the examination process, the examination items and evaluation, etc.

Necessary amendments to GA/T 1028.1-2017 to provide support and guarantee for the implementation of the new requirements for the driver's test.

1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, overall structure, technical requirements and application management requirements of the motor vehicle driver test system.

This document is applicable to the design, development and application of the motor vehicle driver test system.
