1 Scope

This document specifies the key targets and key parts of anti-terrorism prevention in the urban water supply system, the levels of key targets and prevention levels, and the overall prevention and control measures.

Standard requirements, normal three-level prevention requirements, normal two-level prevention requirements, normal first-level prevention requirements, abnormal prevention requirements and safety protection system technology technical requirements.

This document is applicable to the anti-terrorism prevention work and management of urban water supply systems.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB 50348 apply to this document.

public waterworks

It is used to purify raw water to provide the public with drinking water that meets the water quality requirements, and is composed of a series of production equipment, facilities and structures.
