This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GA 165-1997 "bulletproof composite glass", compared with GA 165-1997 "bulletproof composite glass", in addition to editorial changes , The main technical content is amended as follows.

--- modified the standard name;

- revised the classification of products, grading requirements (see 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 1997 edition of 4.1,4.2);

--- modified the bulletproof transparent material code (see 4. 4, 1997 version 4.3);

- modified the requirements for light transmittance (see 5.3, 1997, 5.2);

- Added some terminology and definitions (see 3.5);

- Increased requirements for dimensional deviation of bulletproof transparent material (see 5.2);

- increased the number of protective bullets in bulletproof transparent material grading (see 5.4, 1997, 5.4);

- increased environmental adaptability requirements (see 5.3, 5.3 of 1997);

Bulletproof transparent material

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terminology and definition of bulletproof transparent materials, classification and code, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, Packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to the production, inspection and acceptance of transparent sheet such as bulletproof composite glass with bulletproof performance.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Bulletproof transparent material balistictransparentmaterial with a bullet-proof capability, light transmission rate to meet the requirements of the plate.

Test card

A corrugated cardboard used to collect test splashes.

Penetrate penetration After the test sample is shot, the permeate hole appears on the sample.

Splash fragment

After the test sample is shot, fragments from the sample body are removed from the sample.
