GA 1277 "Internet Interactive Service Security Management Requirements" is planned to be divided into multiple parts, including basic requirements and requirements in specific service types.

1 Scope

This part of GA 1277 specifies the security management requirements for forum services.

This section applies to Internet interactive service providers to implement security management systems and security protection technical measures for forum services.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined by GA 1277.1-2020 apply to this document.

forum

A type of Internet information service with strong interaction and rich content.

Forum Service Provider an Internet service provider that provides forum services by building a social network platform.

Security Administrator A unit or individual entrusted or authorized by the forum service provider to be responsible for forum service operation security, service auditing, account management, and information release auditing.

Forum users

Individuals who have identity registration information at the forum service provider and use forum services.

Anonymous User

Individuals who do not have identity registration information at the forum service provider.

4 Safety management system requirements

The forum service provider shall develop and maintain a safety management system in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 4 of GA 1277.1-2020.

5 Institutional requirements

Forum service providers shall establish relevant institutions and clarify their responsibilities in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 5 of GA 1277.1-2020.
