1 Scope

This section specifies the security management requirements for audio and video chat room services.

This section applies to Internet interactive service providers to implement the security protection management system and security protection technology of audio and video chat room services.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined by GA 1277.1-2020 apply to this document.

Audio/videochatroom

Through the Internet, provide users with interactive communication services through video, voice, text, and pictures.

Audio and video chat room service provider audio/videochatroomserviceprovider Internet service providers that provide audio and video chat room services.

Security administrator Persons responsible for the operation security of audio and video chat room services, service audits, user information audits and corporate public information audits.

Room

A specific chat area with subordinate channels and sub-channels virtualized in the audio and video chat room.

Owneroftheroom

The person who creates a chat room and has the highest authority in the room.

Manageroftheroom

Personnel who manage the daily affairs of audio and video chat rooms.

Channel manager managerofthechannel Personnel who manage daily affairs such as channels and sub-channels in audio and video chat rooms.
