1 Scope

This part of GA 1277 specifies the basic requirements for the security management of microblog services.

This section applies to microblog service providers to implement Internet security management systems and security protection technical measures.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined by GA 1277.1-2020 apply to this document.

Microblog

Provide users with information sharing, dissemination and acquisition functions based on user relationships through the Internet, mainly in the form of short texts, pictures, etc.

Update information and realize instant sharing.

Microblogserviceprovider an Internet information service provider that provides micro-blog services by building a social network platform.

Security administrator Managers responsible for microblog service operation security, service audits, user information audits and corporate public information audits.

Microbloghost

Microblog users who post text, pictures and other content in the microblog service.

Microblogfan

A group that has registration information in the microblog service system and keeps attention to microblog bloggers.

Microbloggroup

This is a form of gathering all the micro-blog bloggers with the same hobbies or the same tags, and all the corresponding topics.

Anonymoususer

Individuals who do not have identity registration information in the microblog service system.
