FZ/T 97035 "knitting machine needles" is divided into the following four parts.

--- Part 3. compound needle;

This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This section instead of FZ/T 97018-1999 "warp groove needle." Compared with the FZ/T 97018-1999, in addition to the main editorial changes outside to technical changes are as follows.

--- Increased terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

--- Modify the classification rules (see 41, 1999, version 3.1.);

--- Increase the marked compound needles (see 4.2);

--- Increased schematic compound needles, modify the basic dimensions of the term (see 51, 1999, version 3.2.);

--- Remove the microstructure and decarburization requirements (see 1999 edition 4.5);

--- Remove the magnetic induction strength requirements (see the 1999 edition 4.6);

--- Modify the hardness and hardness range of symbolic value and range requirements (see 54, 1999 version 4.7.);

--- Remove the angle fracture toughness requirements (see 1999 edition 4.8);

--- Modify the mechanical properties by machine number binning of the needle bar thickness tranches, and to be integrated (see 5.5, 4.9.1, and the 1999 edition 4.9.2);

--- Increased sensory requirements (see 5.6 and 5.7);

1 Scope

FZ/T 97035 provisions of this part of the complex knitting machine needle (hereinafter referred to as "compound needle") terms and definitions, classification and marking, to Requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, labeling, transportation and storage.

This section applies to a composite warp knitting machine needle by a hook member and the closure (stylet) thereof.
