This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

Instead of the standard FZ/T 95014-1999 "elastic calender rolls." this standard FZ/T 95014-1999 compared to the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Increasing the roll body content of the tag (see 3.3);

--- Modified nylon roll body hardness (see 4.1);

--- Increasing the roll surface roughness requirements (see 4.6);

--- An increase in the height of the roller body contour tolerance and other technical requirements (see 4.4);

--- Increasing the rubber roller storage, packing requirements (see 8.3).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the calender Classification, parameters and elastic roller marks, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transport and Storage.

This standard applies to the elastic roller textile dyeing and finishing, nonwoven fabric calendering machine equipment.
