Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 95003-2007 "Round Screen Printing Machine". The main technical changes compared to FZ/T 95003-2007 are as follows.

--- Increased the requirements for external data communication interfaces and electrical equipment immunity performance (see 4.5.5, 4.5.6);

--- Increased power consumption (see 4.6);

--- Increased noise requirements (see 4.7, 2007 edition of 4.6);

---Modified security requirements (see 4.8, 2007 version 4.7);

--- Modified the sampling method for the rate of change of the conduction band elongation (see 5.1.5, 5.5 of 2007);

--- Modified the tape thickness measurement method (see 5.1.6, 2007 version 5.6);

--- Modified the measurement method of temperature uniformity in the drying room (see 5.1.10, 5.8 of 2007 edition);

--- Increased power consumption detection method (see 5.1.20);

--- Modified the empty car running test (see 5.2, 2007 version 5.20);

--- Modified the workload test (see 5.3, 5.21 of the 2007 edition);

--- Revised factory inspection (see 6.2.1, 6.1.1 of 2007 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the product classification and parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging, transportation and storage of rotary screen printing machines.

This standard applies to natural fiber, chemical fiber and its blended woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, non-woven fabrics and other rotary screen printing machines.

The weight of the blade type workpiece is not more than 280 g/m2, and the weight of the magnetic bar type workpiece is not more than 800 g/m2.
