Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 94009-2007 "Aluminum alloy heald frame for loom". In addition to editorial modifications compared to FZ/T 94009-2007 the main technical changes outside are as follows.

---In the list of normative references, FZ/T 90001 has been deleted, and GB/T 153, GB/T 191, GB/T 230.1 have been added.

GB/T 1933, GB/T 1958-2004, GB/T 4340.1, GB/T 4957, GB/T 19552-2004, GB/T 19554.1, GB/T 19554.2;

--- Removed the provisions on the size of the heald frame in the "Product Classification" chapter (see 3.2 of the 2007 edition);

--- Modified the marking of the heald frame (see 3.2, 3.3 of 2007);

--- Removed the provisions on the side section of the "Requirements" chapter (see 4.1, 2007 version 4.1 Table 1);

--- Revised the regulations on the distance between two piers (see 4.1, 2007 edition 4.2);

--- Revised the tensile strength index, surface hardness index and surface oxide thickness index of the beam material (see 4.2, 2007 edition) 4.3.1, 4.3.2 and 4.3.4);

--- Revised the tensile strength index of the side material and increased the thickness of the surface oxide layer (see 4.3, 2007 edition) 4.4.1.1);

--- Revised the tensile strength index and surface hardness index of the piercing material (see 4.4, 2007 edition 4.5.1, 4.5.2);

--- Revised the vertical tolerance value of the side gear and the beam (see 4.5, 4.6 of the 2007 edition);

--- Revised the flatness requirements of the heald frame and its determination method (see 4.7, 5.8, 4.7, 5.8 of the 2007 edition);

---Modified inspection rules (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the 2007 edition);

---Modified packaging, marking, transportation and storage (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the 2007 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packages for aluminum alloy heald frames for looms (hereinafter referred to as "heald frames").

Packing, marking, transportation and storage.

This standard is applicable to heald frames that are fixed to the heald frame beam (Z-shaped) with the brackets for the heald rods or directly to the heald frame beams (M-type).
