Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 93038-1995 "Rack for carding machine". The main technical changes compared to FZ/T 93038-1995 are as follows.

--- Modified the standard name;

--- Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

--- Removed the E-section in the classification and the classification according to the quality index of the rack product (see 4.1.3, 3.3 of the 1995 edition).

--- Modified the rack term "front angle alpha" to "working angle alpha" (see 4.2, 3.6.1.4 of the 1995 edition);

--- Removed Figure 1 to Figure 3 in the tag example (see 3.6.2 of the 1995 edition);

--- Modified the basic dimensions of the rack and its limit deviation (see 5.1, version 4.1 of 1995);

--- Modified the limit deviation of the rack working angle alpha (see 5.2, 1994 edition 4.2);

--- Modified the small force value Vickers hardness requirements of the four measuring points of the rack (see 5.3a), 4.3.1 of the 1995 edition);

--- Removed the relevant provisions for the five measurements of the first measuring point of the rack (see 4.3.2 of the 1995 edition);

---Modified the hardness requirements of the 4th measuring point of the same batch of cylinder racks or doffer racks (see 5.3c), 4.3.4 of the 1995 edition);

--- Revised the test method for determining the flexural resistance of rack joints (see 6.4, Appendix C of the 1995 edition);

--- Modified the rack type inspection program (see 7.2.1, 6.2.1 of the 1995 edition);

---Modified product packaging, marking, transportation and storage (see Chapter 8, Chapter 7 of the 1995 edition);

--- Revised the test position of the small force Vickers hardness of the second measuring point of the rack in Appendix B (see Figure B.1, Figure B.1 of the 1995 edition);

--- Removed Appendix C (see Appendix C of the 1995 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packages for metal card clothing racks for carding machines.

Packing, marking, transportation and storage.

This standard is applicable to metal card clothing racks for carding machines such as cotton, wool, ramie, ramie and non-woven fabrics (hereinafter referred to as "rack").
