Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 92072-2006 "Pneumatic Pressing Brake". Compared with FZ/T 92072-2006, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Adjusted the classification and increased the marking and content of the cradle (see 3.1~3.2, Chapter 3 of the 2006 edition);

--- Increased the parallelism requirements of the cradle holding file, and added the notes and icons (see 4.1.1~4.1.3);

--- Increased the requirement of the fourth roller in the roving cradle for the first top roller in the main drafting zone (see Table 4 and Figure 4);

--- Adjusted the pressure range of the complete set of cradle (see 4.3);

--- Adjusted the pressure change value of the adjacent cradle adding and discharging pressure (see 4.4, Table 7);

--- Increase the dynamic fluctuation of the pressure of the cradle at the specified working position and working pressure (see 4.5, Table 8);

--- Cancel the pressure reduction requirement of the single set of cradle caused by repressurization of the whole vehicle after the pressure relief (see 4.8, Table 7 of 2006 edition);

--- Increased the requirements for the quality of the cradle manufacturing (see 4.7);

--- Added test methods and specifications (see 5.1, Figure 5 to Figure 7);

--- Increased the method of cradle sampling and the principle of judgment (see 6.3).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, and packages of pneumatic pressure cradle (hereinafter referred to as "cradle").

Loading, transportation and storage.

This standard is applicable to the ring spinning machine and the pneumatic pressure cradle of the roving frame.
