Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 92045-2008 "Printed Nickel Screen". Compared with FZ/T 92045-2008, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Modified the scope (see 1, 2008 version 1);

---Modified terms and definitions (see 3, 2008 edition of 3);

---Modified the classification and code (see 4, 2008 edition of 4);

---Modified the parameters (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2008 edition);

---Modified the requirements for the uniformity of the opening rate (see Table 2, Table 2 of the 2008 edition);

---The requirements for the tensile strength and toughness of the nickel mesh have been modified (see 5.2, 5.2 in the 2008 edition);

---Modified the requirements for the number of serial hole defects in the nickel mesh (see Table 3, Table 3 of the 2008 edition);

---Modified the requirements for the number of blind hole defects in the nickel mesh (see Table 4, Table 4 of the 2008 edition);

--- Increased the requirement of the diameter tolerance of the printed nickel mesh (see 5.6).

This standard was proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council.

This standard is organized by the Spinning, Dyeing and Finishing Machinery Sub-Technical Committee of the National Textile Machinery and Accessories Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC215/SC1) Focus.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging, transportation, Store.

This standard applies to printed nickel screens (rotary screens) used in textile printing, and printed nickel screens used in other industries can also be implemented by reference.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Mesh

In the direction of the hole pitch, the number of hole pitches per 25.4mm length.

Openrate

The percentage of the ratio of the total area of the mesh in the unit area to the unit area.
