Foreword

FZ/T 90089 "Textile Machinery Nameplate" is divided into two parts.

---Part 1: Type, size and technical requirements;

---Part 2: Content.

This part is part 2 of FZ/T 90089.

This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces FZ/T 90089.2-1996 "Textile Machinery Nameplate Contents". Compared with FZ/T 90089.2-1996, the main technical changes Change as follows.

---In the nameplate content, examples of technical features, company name, company logo, place of origin, factory location, and certification mark have been added (see 3c), f)~

---Modified the contents of the pressure vessel nameplate (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 1996 edition);

---Modified the nameplate content of the steel shell and tube heat exchanger (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the 1996 edition);

---Chapter 6 "Marking format of textile machinery nameplate content" is revised to "Marking format example" (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the 1996 edition) chapter);

---Appendix A (Appendix A of the 1996 edition) is deleted.

1 Scope

This section specifies the content marked on the nameplate of textile machinery.

This section applies to the nameplates of textile machinery and auxiliary equipment, textile instruments and electrical equipment.

3 Contents of textile machinery nameplate

The contents of the nameplate include.

a) Product model (model) Prepared by the enterprise or the competent authority.

b) Product name (name) Named according to product functions, compiled by the enterprise or the competent department.

c) Technical characteristics

d) Product number (number) Prepared by the enterprise itself.

e) Date of manufacture (date) Generally list the complete manufacturing year and month. For example..201801.

f) Company name

The registered name of the company.

g) Corporate logo

Symbols, pictorial characters or their combination forms that embody the connotation of the enterprise.

h) Origin

The location of the product manufacturing company, for example. Shaoxing.

i) Factory site

The address of the product manufacturer.

j) Certification mark Proprietary symbols, patterns, or their combinations that certify that products, services, and management systems have passed the certification. For example. CE certification mark.

Note. The content of the textile machinery nameplate mentioned above can be increased or decreased according to different product objects and specific conditions.
