Foreword

FZ/T 90089 "Textile Machinery Nameplate" is divided into two parts.

This part is part 1 of FZ/T 90089.

This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces FZ/T 90089.1-1996 "Textile machinery nameplate type, size and technical requirements", and FZ/T 90089.1-1996 in comparison, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Combine the two-hole nameplate size and the four-hole nameplate size into "Table 1 Nameplate Size", and reduce it according to actual usage Integrate, cancel the nameplate size with B.L of 1.1.25, 1.2, and 1.3.2 (see Table 1, Table 1 and Table 2 of the 1996 edition);

--- Deleted the relevant content of the use of GB/T 867 round head rivets (see 5.1.1 and Table 3 of the 1996 edition);

---Increase the specifications of fastening nails and modify the size of the mounting holes (see Table 2, Table 4 of the 1996 edition);

---The limit deviation of the diameter of the mounting hole has been increased (see Table 3);

---Modified the characters, materials, appearance requirements and performance requirements in the technical requirements (see 4.2~4.5, 5.4~5.7 of the 1996 edition);

--- Deleted "inspection rules" (see Chapter 7 of the 1996 edition);

--- Deleted "marks, packaging, transportation, storage" (see Chapter 8 of the 1996 edition).

This part was proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council.

This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Textile Machinery and Accessories Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC215).

1 Scope

This section specifies the type and size, technical requirements and inspection methods of textile machinery nameplates.

This section applies to the nameplates of textile machinery and auxiliary equipment, textile instruments, electrical and electrical equipment and other products.
