Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 75005-1994 "Determination of Dimensional Change of Coated Fabrics Under No Tension". With FZ/T 75005-1994 Compared with the main technical changes as follows.

---GB 8170 was deleted from Chapter 2, and the reference document GB 6529 was adjusted to GB/T 6529 (see Chapter 2);

---Improved the test principle of Chapter 3 (see Chapter 3);

---Clarified the type of measuring ruler in 4.1 (see 4.1);

--- Deleted Chapter 5 "Arbitrary Tests Should Use Secondary Standard Atmosphere" (see Chapter 5 of 1994 Edition);

---Added the mark of the unit in the schematic diagram of the measurement mark (see Figure 1);

---Adjusted Chapter 6 test procedures (see 6.2 and 6.3, 1994 version of 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4);

--- 7.1.2 The calculation formula for the longitudinal and transverse dimensional change rate of the sample before and after humidity control is added (see 7.1.2);

--- The calculation formula for the average value of test results in 7.2 is deleted (see 7.2 in the 1994 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the longitudinal and transverse dimensional changes of coated fabrics under no tension.

This standard applies to all kinds of coated fabrics in rolls.

3 Principle

Select the two samples at the head and tail ends of the coated fabric to be tested. Make several pairs of marking points on each section of the sample, and measure separately under specified conditions the distance between each pair of mark points before and after the humidity control is calculated, and the dimensional change rate of the sample under no tension is obtained by calculation.

4 Equipment and tools

4.1 Straightedge or steel tape, scaled in millimeters, its length is greater than the maximum size measured.

4.2 Marking tools, such as non-fading ink, fabric marking printer, etc.

4.3 Smooth the test bench, the table surface is clean, level, and smooth, and the length and width are suitable for the sample to be fully spread.

5 Atmosphere for humidity control and test

The humidity control and test of the sample are carried out under the standard atmospheric conditions specified in GB/T 6529.
