FZ/T 60029-2021Test method for fluff shedding of blanket (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces FZ/T 60029-1999 "Test Method for Felt Depilation", compared with FZ/T 60029-1999, except for editorial changes in addition, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Modified the scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 1999 edition);

---Added normative reference documents (see Chapter 2);

--- Deleted "brush area" and "brush holder pressure" and "tweezers" in the instruments and appliances (see 4.1.4, 4.1.6, 4.8 in the 1999 edition);

---Increase the size deviation of the instrument and equipment, adjust the specification and deviation and the expression of the instrument accuracy (see Chapter 5, 1999 edition Chapter 4);

---Modified the standard atmosphere for humidity control and testing (see Chapter 6, Chapter 5 of the 1999 edition);

---Modified the "sample" (see Chapter 7, Chapter 6 of the 1999 edition);

---Modified and adjusted the "Test Technical Regulations" and "Operation Procedures" (see Chapter 8, Chapter 7 and Chapter 8 of the 1999 edition);

---Adjusted and revised "experimental result display" and "calculation" (see Chapter 9, Chapter 9 and Chapter 10 of the 1999 edition);

---Modified the formula for calculating the amount of hair removal (see Chapter 9, Chapter 9 of the 1999 edition);

---Appendix A was deleted, and the content was adjusted to Chapter 5 of the main text;

---Adjust Appendix B to Appendix A;

---Appendix C and Appendix D have been deleted.

1 Scope

This document specifies the test method for the amount of hair removal of felt products.

This document is applicable to the testing of the amount of depilation of blankets.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Amountoffluffshedding Under the specified conditions, the amount of fiber falling off per 100cm2 of the sample rubbed with the brush.

4 Principle

Under the specified conditions, after a certain number of brushings between the brush and the carpet surface, weigh and calculate the amount of hair removal of the sample.
