The silk car can easily observe the light yellow oil with an area of >=0.5cm2 on the package.
---Classification table. black countertop, height 75cm~80cm. Hanging two 40W D65 high color fluorescent lamps (or 40W) Fluorescent light), the surrounding environment should be free of other scattered light and reflected light. The illumination at the working point is greater than or equal to 600lx.

7.5 Re-inspection rules
7.5.1 General
A batch of products can be re-inspected within three months of receipt of the goods as an acceptance or an objection to quality. If the quantity of the batch is used when more than one third of the time, no re-inspection may be applied. However, if the receiving party can produce relevant evidence that the batch of products does affect the post-processing when the quality of the product is caused and serious losses are caused, the reasons shall be analyzed, the responsibilities of both parties shall be clarified, and the negotiation shall be handled.
7.5.2 Inspection items Same as 7.1.

meets the.
7.5.6 Public quality the polypropylene reclaimed yarn has a specified moisture regain rate of 0%. When the actual moisture regain rate is >1.0%, it is not allowed to leave the factory. The accepted mass at the acceptance is calculated according to formula (1).
m=m1×1 R01 R
In the formula.
m --- batch product package quality, in kilograms (kg);
M1---The net mass of the package of the batch product, in kilograms (kg);
The nominal moisture regain of R0--- polypropylene drawn yarn is 0%;
R --- measured moisture regain, %.
Note. The net quality refers to the quality of the bobbin minus the bobbin and wrapping paper; the silk cake deducts the quality of the sock and the small waist of the cake; the quality of the bobbin, wrapping paper, sock and silky waist the quantities are all calculated as the average of the actual mass.
7.5.7 Quality difference the difference between the quality (net weight or gross weight) of each package and the specified quality during re-inspection shall not exceed ± 5%, and the difference between the total package net weight and the specified quality shall not exceed If the price exceeds 0.5%, no claim will be made. If it exceeds the time, the actual difference will be claimed. If the two parties agree otherwise, this is not the case.
8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 8.1 mark the package name should be marked with the product name, specification, grade, batch number, net weight, gross weight, number of packages, packaging date, product standard number, trademark, the name of the manufacturer, the detailed address, etc., and the warning signs such as moisture-proof and careless.
8.2 Packaging
8.2.1 Each package should be placed in a plastic bag and placed in the package. There should be positioning devices (locators or positioning holes, etc.) in the package.
For the package, the quality of the package should be such that the package is not damaged.
8.2.2 The package size in each package should be as uniform as possible. Different varieties, specifications, batch numbers and grades must be boxed separately. Mixed mixing is strictly prohibited.
8.2.3 Each batch of products shall be accompanied by a quality inspection form.
8.3 Transportation
It is forbidden to damage the packing box and get wet during transportation.
8.4 Storage
The boxes are stacked in batches and stored in a dry, clean, ventilated place.

If the surface is uneven or the stroke is too long or too short, it may affect the unwinding, but it will not cause the collapse to be poor (normal movement, the silk layer is 1cm~4cm from both ends of the tube).
e Color difference. According to GB/T 250 rating.
f Oil stain.

And the improper position of the package, you can not test by hand when testing.
A.2.3.5 The test color difference shall be based on the color difference between the package and the package, and then recorded against the gray card.
A.2.3.6 Check the surface oil to visually see the oily wire, rust wire and the difficulty of washing the stain with water, and calculate the area.
A.2.3.7 Record the results.
A.3 Assessment rules A.3.1 The wool finger thread is wounded with furry phenomenon or the monofilament broken silk head protrudes from the surface of the multifilament, and the entire surface of the package is inspected for each cylinder.
The number of sub-accumulated hairs is determined.
A.3.2 Surface oil refers to oil, rust and stains that cannot be washed away with water, or artificial spots on the surface of the package. Barrel wire table the total area of pollution on the surface is fixed.
A.4 Comprehensive classification the lowest grade in the appearance item is the grade of the package.
