FZ/T 52004-2022Hollow poly(ethylene terephthalate) staple fiber for filling (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document replaces FZ/T 52004-2007 "Hollow Polyester Staple Fibers for Filling". Compared with FZ/T 52004-2007, except for editorial in addition to the modification, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Modify the scope of application, limit the scope to three-dimensional hollow polyester staple fiber, and modify the linear density range to 2.50dtex~22.22dtex (See Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2007 edition);

---Modified the normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2007 edition);

--- Modified the terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2007 edition);

---Deleted the safety and health classification, and divided the classification and labeling into two separate expressions (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2007 edition);

---Technical requirements (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the 2007 edition).

- Increase product classification. adjust from one grade of qualified products to three grades of high-quality products, first-class products, and qualified products, and delete non-standard products expression;

- Delete the safety and health classification indicators in Table 1; add the indicators of excellent products, first-class products, and qualified products;

- Modified the performance items and indicators in Table 1.the number of crimps was changed to graded assessment, and corresponding indicators were added; the assessment items "Defects and free matter" was changed to "defects", and the indicators were revised according to superior products, first-class products, and qualified products; the assessment items were cancelled.

Add the item "ash content"; delete the two assessment items and indicators of fiber elasticity H and bulkiness B, and add "compression elasticity (recovery) rate E" the three assessment items and indicators of "lofty V1" and "lofty V2"; modified linear density deviation rate, length deviation rate, double-length fiber the number of digits reserved after the decimal point for the indicators of dimension content and defect content;

- Deleted "other indicator requirements";

- Modified the quality difference requirements (see 5.3, 5.4 of the 2007 edition).

--- Modified the rating method (see 7.4, 7.1.4 of the 2007 edition);

---Modified the retest evaluation method (see 7.5.5, 7.2.7 of the 2007 edition);

--- Modified the marking requirements (see 8.1, 8.2 of the 2007 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, product classification and identification, technical requirements, test methods, and inspection specifications of hollow polyester staple fiber for filling.

Rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements.

This document is applicable to the polyethylene terephthalate raw material, the linear density is 2.50dtex~22.22dtex, and the three Dimensional hollow polyester staple fiber. Hollow staple fibers of other specifications and types can be used by reference.
