Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 42010-2009 "coarse gauge raw silk," compared with the FZ/T 42010-2009, the main changes are as follows.

--- In the scope of the application of the "tube" (see the 2009 edition of 1);

--- In the normative references added "GB/T 250" and "GB/T 9995" two reference standards (see 2);

--- Remove "crude silk" definition "in accordance with the requirements of raw silk system" (see 2009 version 3.1);

--- Modify the grading of raw size strands (see 5.1, 2009 edition 5.1);

--- Modify the measured moisture regain "not higher than 13.00%" to "not higher than 14.00%" (see 5.2, 2009 Edition 5.3);

--- Increase the cut off inspection items (see 5.3);

--- In the quality indicators to denier maximum deviation of the denier (see 5.3, 2009 edition 5.4);

--- Modify the quality technical specifications (see 5.3, 2009 edition 5.4);

--- Increasing the five-and ten-type group lot defects in the classification and annotated the number of provisions (see 5.4);

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of coarse gauge raw silk, marking, requirements, grading, inspection rules, inspection methods, packaging and marking.

This standard applies to the nominal fineness of 69denier (76.7dtex) above stranding raw silk.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Crude specification raw silk coarserawsilk Raw filaments with nominal fineness above 69 denier (76.7 dtex).

4 Marked

Thick specifications of raw silk specifications to the "fineness of the lower limit/fineness ceiling" marked, the fineness of the center of the nominal fineness.

Example 1.70/90 denier. The nominal denier for raw strands is 80 denier (88.9 dtex), the denier for coarse gauge strands is 70 denier (77.8 dtex) and a fineness of 90 denier (100.0 dtex).

Example 2.150 /.200denier. Represents a nominal denier of raw denier of 175 denier (194.4 dtex), a denier of raw denier of 150 denier (166.7 dtex) with a fineness of.200 denier (222.2 dtex).
