Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 21001-2009 "Self Combing Outer Tops". Compared with FZ/T 21001-2009, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Modified normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2009 edition);

--- Delete the table 1 sub-file requirements (see the 2009 version of Table 1);

--- Modify the average fineness range of each file's fineness specifications (see Table 1, Table 2, 2009 version of Table 2, Table 3);

--- Modify the fineness variation coefficient, weighted average length, variation coefficient, short hair rate and weight of 30mm and below in the rating evaluation table Technical requirements for unevenness of volume (see Table 1, Table 2 of the 2009 edition);

--- Modify the technical requirements of the wool particles and heterochromatic wool in the grade evaluation table 2 (see Table 2, Table 3 of the 2009 edition);

--- Increased the assessment requirements for alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (see 4.3.3);

--- Modified the test method of length and moisture regain (see 5.2, 5.1 in 2009 edition);

This standard was proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee Woolen Textile Branch (SAC/TC209/SC3).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of self-combing outer tops.

This standard is applicable to identify the quality of self-combing outer wool tops.
