Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 12015-2016 "Combed Natural Colored Cotton Yarn", FZ/T 12017-2016 "Natural Colored Cotton Rotor Spinning" yarn". Compared with FZ/T 12015-2016 and FZ/T 12017-2016, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Expanded the scope of application of the standard;

---Adjusted product classification and marking;

---Technical requirements are based on natural colored cotton yarn and natural colored cotton yarn, ring spinning and rotor spinning, combing and carding, yarn and thread Start an assessment;

---Improved the assessment index of single yarn breaking strength and single yarn breaking strength variation coefficient, and increased the assessment index of 100,000 meters of first-class yarn defects.

The fiber content deviation assessment item is adjusted to the fiber content deviation;

---Deleted the sampling regulations and the digital rounding regulations of calculated values (see Table 4 and Table 5 in the 2016 edition);

---The original standard Appendix A was deleted, and the original standard Appendix B was adjusted to the current standard Appendix A.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classifications, markings, requirements, test methods for natural colored cotton yarns and natural colored cotton yarns.

Laws, inspection rules, signs, packaging, storage and transportation.

This standard applies to natural colored cotton yarns and yarns containing natural colored cotton produced by ring spinning and rotor spinning. It does not apply to natural colored cotton yarns for special purposes.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 20393 apply to this document.

Natural color cotton yarn A pure cotton yarn with a natural color cotton fiber and natural color cotton fiber blending, and the natural color cotton fiber content is 50% and above.

Containing natural color cotton yarn mixtureofnaturalcolorcottonyarn A pure cotton yarn that is spun by a mixture of natural colored cotton fibers and natural colored cotton fibers, and the content of natural colored cotton fibers is less than 50%.

4 Product classification and marking

4.1 Natural colored cotton yarn and products containing natural colored cotton yarn are classified according to different production processes, blending ratios and linear densities.

4.2 The production process of natural colored cotton yarn and natural colored cotton yarn is divided into ring spinning and rotor spinning. Ring spinning includes traditional ring spinning.

Spinning, Siro spinning, compact spinning and Siro compact spinning.

4.3 The production process and raw material codes of natural colored cotton yarns and natural colored cotton yarns are expressed in English letters. Siro spinning code is
