Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 12009-2011 "Acrylic Natural Yarn". Compared with FZ/T 12009-2011, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Deleted the line density provisions in Chapter 3 of the original standard (see 3.1.2 of the 2011 edition);

--- Deleted the assessment item "Blackboard evenness" and added the assessment item "Kilometer nep (200%)" (see Table 1, 2011 edition)

Table 1);

---Adjusted the "linear density variation coefficient", "single yarn breaking strength", "single yarn breaking strength variation coefficient" and "evenness uniformity variation coefficient" "One hundred thousand meters of yarn defects" assessment indicators (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2011 edition);

---Deleted the sampling regulations and the digital rounding regulations for calculated values (see Table 2, Table 3, and Table 4 in the 2011 edition);

--- Delete the original standard informative appendix B and informative appendix C.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification, marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, and packaging of acrylic natural yarn products.

This standard applies to ring-spun acrylic natural yarns, but not to special-purpose acrylic natural yarns.

3 Product classification and marking

3.1 Acrylic natural yarn products are classified in different linear densities.

3.2 The raw material code of acrylic yarn is A.

3.3 When marking the natural acrylic yarn, the name (or code) of the raw material of the yarn should be indicated before the line density.

Example.

The linear density is 14.8tex acrylic yarn, which can be written as. A14.8tex.
