Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 12002-2006 "Combination Yarn for Combed Cotton True Yarn".

Compared with FZ/T 12002-2006, the main changes are as follows.

--- Modify the third chapter classification, the 100m standard quality and standard dry quality calculations into Appendix A, delete the linear density Request content

--- The linear density range was re-divided, and the strict single-variable coefficient of variation, linear density coefficient of variation (the original 100-meter weight coefficient of variation), etc. were added.

The evaluation of the indicators, the uniformity of the assessment of dryness only preserves the coefficient of variation of the uniformity of dryness, and the index of coefficient of variation of the strand increases.

--- Cancel the assessment of downgrade indicators, and assess according to the lowest one of the technical requirements;

--- Sampling regulations were adjusted.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee Cotton Textile Subcommittee (SAC/TC209/SC10).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, and packaging for special yarns for combed cotton.

This standard applies to special yarns for ring spinning and combing cotton.

3 Product Categories, Tags

3.1 Combed cotton yarns are classified by their linear density.

3.2 The code number of raw cotton used for combing cotton yarns is C, and the combing production process code is J.

3.3 When marking special yarn for combed cotton, the production process code and raw material code of the yarn should be indicated before the line density.

Example. Yarn density of 18.5 tex combed cotton yarn special for sewing, should be written as. JC18.5tex.
