Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 10005-2008 "Test rules for cotton and chemical fiber pure spinning and blending printing and dyeing fabrics", and FZ/T 10005-2008 the main technical content changes are as follows.

--- Expanded the scope of application of the standard;

--- In accordance with the acceptance, inspection items and test methods, sampling methods, inspection and evaluation, re-inspection, inspection report chapters;

--- Increase the sampling method and test report content;

---Specification of intrinsic quality sampling in different packages, the inspection results of each sample meet the requirements of product standards;

--- Refine the length assessment rules and remove the non-conforming product treatment methods.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Technical Committee for Printing and Dyeing Products of the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC209/SC11).

1 Scope

This standard stipulates the acceptance, inspection items and test methods, sampling methods, inspection and evaluation, re-inspection of cotton and chemical fiber pure-spun and blended printing and dyeing fabrics.

Inspection Report.

This standard is applicable to all kinds of bleaching, dyeing and printing of woven yarns produced from cotton, chemical fiber, other fiber pure or blended natural yarns.

3 Acceptance

3.1 The supplier shall issue a product inspection certificate based on the inspection result. The receiving party shall verify the certificate and package according to the product standard and agreement.

The contents of the equipment and the sign shall be checked and accepted, and the acceptance result shall be notified to the supplier in a timely manner. If the supplier does not reply within one week, it shall be accepted by the receiver.

The result is correct.

3.2 If the receiving party fails to accept the goods within the agreed time limit due to the conditions, the goods shall be received according to the inspection result of the supplier.

4 Inspection items and test methods

4.1 The inspection items and test methods are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding product standards, and the packaging and marking are performed in accordance with FZ/T 10010.

4.2 Products with contracts or supply agreements are implemented in accordance with their regulations.

5 Sampling method

5.1 The same variety, raw materials, specifications, process and production batch number of products as an inspection lot.

5.2 Samples of intrinsic quality and appearance quality shall be randomly selected from the inspection lot.

5.3 If both the supplier and the buyer disagree with the inspection result, both the supplier and the buyer re-examine the same quantity for inspection in the batch of products, and the average value of the sample is taken as the test result, whichever is the case.

5.4 Products with contracts or supply agreements are implemented as specified.
