Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces FZ/T 10004-2008 "Test rules for cotton and chemical fiber pure spinning and blended natural fabrics". With FZ/T 10004-2008 the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Expanded the scope of application of the standard;

--- Increase the content of inspection and inspection reports;

--- Increased sampling and size requirements and judgment conclusions, refine the length of the rules;

--- Remove the method of handling non-conforming products.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Textile Standardization Technical Committee Cotton Textile Subcommittee (SAC/TC209/SC10).

1 Scope

This standard stipulates the acceptance, inspection items and test methods, sampling methods, inspection and evaluation, re-inspection of cotton and chemical fiber pure-spun and blended natural fabrics.

Inspection Report.

This standard is applicable to woven fabrics made from natural yarns of cotton, chemical fiber and other fibers that are purely or blended. Other fabrics refer to the implementation.

3 Acceptance

3.1 The supplier shall issue a product inspection certificate based on the inspection result. The receiving party shall verify the certificate and package according to the product standard and agreement.

The contents of the equipment and the sign shall be checked and accepted, and the acceptance result shall be promptly notified to the supplier. The supplier shall not reply within one week and shall accept the acceptance by the receiving party.

The result is correct.

3.2 If the receiving party fails to accept the goods according to the agreed time limit due to the conditions, it shall receive the goods according to the inspection result of the supplier.

4 Inspection items and test methods

4.1 The inspection items and test methods are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding product standards. The inspection of the marks and packaging is carried out in accordance with FZ/T 10009.

4.2 Products with contracts or supply agreements are implemented in accordance with their regulations.

5 Sampling method

5.1 The same variety, raw materials, specifications, process and production batch number of products as an inspection lot.

5.2 Samples of intrinsic quality and appearance quality shall be randomly selected from the inspection lot.

5.3 If both the supplier and the buyer disagree with the inspection result, the supplier and the buyer will re-examine the same quantity for inspection in the batch of products, and the test results are subject to one test.

5.4 Products with contracts or supply agreements are implemented in accordance with their regulations.
